Katie Holmes looked like she didn't have a care in the world when she went for an ice cream with her daughter on Tom Cruise's 50th birthday, just days after she'd filed divorce papers.
They were checking out their new neighbourhood in New York after Katie moved out of Tom's flat in Manhattan three weeks ago and rented a Chelsea apartment.
