It seems as though even Hollywood's most glamorous stars aren't immune to the gory after-effects of eating poorly-prepared food. George Clooney's girlfriend Stacy Keibler tweeted that she, her superstar beau and their entire entourage had been confined to the vicinity of the nearest toilet a few hours after dining out in Lake Como, Italy. Thankfully, Keibler didn't attach any pictures to her tweet.
